USE: 1. Starch modifier; juice turbidity preventing agent; water absorbent; water softener; meat binder; dispersant; stabilizer (used for ice cream, cheese etc.); food can prevent discoloration and vitamin C etc.. Also used as a water softener. 2. It can be used for producing low density laundry powder, and it can also be used for drying bleach, automatic dish detergent, sodium tripolyphosphate, six water and sodium tripolyphosphate, six water and inert inorganic salt mixture.
