USE: It is used as buffer and culture agent in industry. It is also used as a bacterial culture agent to synthesize seasoning agent, making potassium phosphate material, brewing yeast culture agent, enhancer, expanding agent and fermentation assistant. Agriculture is used as fertilizer.
