USE: As a starter, it is used for baking food, controlling fermentation speed, for instant noodles, reducing rehydration time of finished products, and not sticking to it. It is used for biscuits and pastry, shortening fermentation time, reducing product breakage rate, loose and neat space, and prolonging storage period.
